Online Reading Tutoring Equipment Requirements

Every Read Right Online Reading Tutoring student must have access to a:

  • Computer with high speed Internet access
  • Webcam
  • Headset with microphone

Prior to your first reading tutoring session, our staff will walk you through use of the Zoom cloud-based video conferencing program. We will email you the Zoom link your student will use during every Read Right Online Reading Tutoring session. Zoom is the cloud-based program many schools used to connect with students during recent school closures. If you choose to use one of our book sets for tutoring, they’ll arrive before tutoring begins. If you choose our new e-library option, we’ll walk you through how to access the books.

It is really that easy! We want you, your child, your teen or your employee to get the reading help they need. Whatever your comfort level with computer and online technology, our staff is here to help you get started. We will help you with the technical part of online reading tutoring for reading. So all you have to do is learn to read better!

I just wanted to say hello and pass on some incredible news!

Chase started 4th grade a couple of weeks ago and went through all of the usual assessments. His teacher told me he came in 3rd in the class scoring on the reading assessment and 1st in Comprehension! I cried when she told me so now she thinks I am crazy!

The best news is Chase has started "eating up" books. He reads 1 to 1 1/2 hours every night at bedtime. I made the mistake of telling him I would buy him a new book every time he finished one and now he is reading "The Spiderwick" story novels at the rate of one every two days! I may have to start NOT allowing him to read at night because I am scared he will be exhausted and I'm going to run out of money for books!
