Improve teacher effectiveness and ensure that all schools have highly qualified teachers:

The cornerstone of Read Right’s delivery system is the intensive, hands-on training and continuous quality support provided as staff develops the knowledge and skills to implement the Read Right methodology and to manage the project. Read Right uses a criterion-referenced, competency-based assessment of trainee performance toward achieving a Read Right Tutor Certification. Trainees can earn up to 21 hours of Professional Development credits from Central Washington University.
