A Read Right project trains tutors from the local community to implement the reading methodology with students in elementary, middle or high schools. The trainees can be para-professionals, certified staff, or a combination of the two. A standard project in a single school trains four tutors who will serve 120 students every day. The hands-on training model means that students do not have to wait until after the project staff is trained to begin eliminating their reading problems, or to learn to read right from the beginning.
