Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy, implementation plans and budgets
Direct sales to schools, other public entities, private
employers and individuals
Recruitment and development of sales staff and other sales
resources
Development of sales media, publicity and advertising
Coordination with CEO and Directors of Operations, R&D
and Special Projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business or a related area
10+ years in sales and marketing including 7+ years with
increasing responsibilities and exceptional performance in
marketing and management.

literacy technologies that far surpass the competition. This
business is profitable at its current $1.5 million in annual
sales rate. We are internally financed and are looking for
$10 million in annual sales within three years.

methodology has also been used to develop products that

READ RIGHT Systems seeks a Sales/Marketing Director with
demonstrated talents, expertise and commitment in public
education or a comparable marketplace. Initially, this
position, reporting directly to the CEO, requires both
strategic planning and a "hands on" effort to
expand the business. Later on it will require the capability
to recruit and manage a sales staff and to develop other
sales channels. Highly successful results lead to a VP
position and equity participation.
