Responsibilities:

  • Marketing strategy, implementation plans and budgets
  • Direct sales to schools, other public entities, private employers and individuals
  • Recruitment and development of sales staff and other sales resources
  • Development of sales media, publicity and advertising
  • Coordination with CEO and Directors of Operations, R&D and Special Projects



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business or a related area
  • 10+ years in sales and marketing including 7+ years with increasing responsibilities and exceptional performance in marketing and management.

  • READ RIGHT Systems seeks a Sales/Marketing Director with demonstrated talents, expertise and commitment in public education or a comparable marketplace. Initially, this position, reporting directly to the CEO, requires both strategic planning and a "hands on" effort to expand the business. Later on it will require the capability to recruit and manage a sales staff and to develop other sales channels. Highly successful results lead to a VP position and equity participation.
